호주 UQ 약대 3.5년 + 인턴1년 마칠 경우 약사예비시험 응시가 5년후에도 가능할까요?

종종 네이버에서 한국보건복지부에서 인증했다는 해외 약대 리스트를 보고 문의를 주시는 경우가 있습니다.
이것은 한국 보건복지부가 전세계 대학의 약대들을 일일이 평가해서 인증심사를 거쳐서 나온 리스트 라기 보다는
기존에 해외의 해당 대학을 졸업하고 한국 국시원의 예비시험 응시를 위해 접수를 해서 예비시험 자격을 줄지 말지를 심사를 했던 케이스가 있는 경우라고 보시는 것이 더 맞을겁니다.
즉 이미 특정대학 특정학과를 졸업한 케이스가 있는 경우는 그대학 학과가 크게 커리큘럼의 변동이 있지 않는 이상 인증을 해주었으니 이후 같은 대학 같은 학과 졸업생이 예비시험 응시를 위해 지원하면 같은 결과가 나올 가능성이 높은것이지요.
보건복지부에서는 나름의 기준이 있겠지만, 그 중 중요하게 보는 한가지가 학업기간을 보는듯 합니다.
왜냐면 한국은 대학의 구분이 학업기간으로 많이 분류를 하다보니 한국식으로 학업년수에 따라서 나누려는 경향이 있는듯 보여요
간단히 예를 들면 2년제대학인지, 3년제대학인지, 4년제대학인지 등등
그러나 잘 아시겠지만 호주대학의 경우 학업기간으로 평가하기 보다는 각각의 전공분야마다 ACCREDITED COURSES 라는 것을 각 담당기관에서 웹사이트에 공지를 하는편입니다. 이런 기관들은 단순히 학업기간을 가지고 평가하기 보다는 어떤 과목구성으로 커리큘럼이 짜여져 있는지를 보게됩니다.
예를 들어 호주약대의 경우 APC 라는 호주약사위원회 같은 기구에서 각 대학의 약대 과정을 평가해서 학업이후 요구되는 1년의 인턴기간을 거치고 나면 호주약사 등록을 가능하게 해주고 있습니다.

질문자님이 중요하게 생각하셔야 하는것은 UQ 대학의 약대 학사과정은 1학기(2월)에 등록하면 4년이고 2학기(7월)에 등록하면 3.5년에 마칠수 있는데.... 그렇다고 해서 학업내용이 달라지거나 학비가 달라지는것은 아닙니다.
2026년 UQ 대학의 약대 학사과정은 1년학비가 58,056불로 웹사이트에 나올텐데.... 이것은 정확히는 1년간의 학비가 아니고
8과목에 대한 학비입니다.
1학기에 시작하면 아래와 같이 과목이 구성됩니다
BPharm(Hons) Year 1, 2 and 3 for students commencing in Semester 1
Complete 48 units comprising:
8 units for all BPharm(Hons) Year 1, Semester 1, and
8 units for all BPharm(Hons) Year 1, Semester 2, and
8 units for all BPharm(Hons) Year 2, Semester 1, and
8 units for all BPharm(Hons) Year 2, Semester 2, and
8 units for all BPharm(Hons) Year 3, Semester 1, and

보건복지부는 한국식으로 평가를 할테고 위와 같이 과목수에서 배우는 내용에서 전혀 차이가 없음에도 불구하고 한국식으로 3.5년이냐 4년이냐를 가지고 따질수 있는 개연성도 조금은 있다고 저는 봅니다.
그리고 실제 저희 학생들이 학업하는 피드백을 받아보면.... Summer Semester 까지 꽉 채워서 학업하는것은 여간 부담이 아니에요
가능하면 1학기에 학업을 시작하는것이 어떨까 싶네요
그리고 추가로 호주약대를 졸업해서 (지금 생각은) 한국 약사등록이 최종 목표인듯 보이지만....
실제 호주약대를 공부하다 보면 호주에서 약사로 활동하고자 하는 생각도 가지게 됩니다.
이때는 내가 어느대학에서 공부했냐 보다는 내가 어느주에서 공부했냐가 영주권 가능여부에 훨씬 더 큰 영향을 미칩니다.

그런데, 이 경우 3.5년학사 +1년 인턴 이라
향후 한국 약대 고시 자격이 안되는 제도 변화 가능성이 100% 확실히 없을지요?
국시원에 문의한 결과, 5년후 시험볼 당시에 3.5년을 인정해줄지 말지는 5년후가 되어봐야한다는 거 같습니다.
3.5년 제도를 인정해주는 것은 약사 예비시험 응시 서류 "접수일" 당시의 응시자격 부여기준에 따라 최종 판단된다는 공식 답변을 받아서요..
